followed by Molieben to St. John
with anointing of the Faithful
Potluck Banquet - 12 noon
Round Table Discussion
Light supper - 5pm
Vigil 6:30 pm

Sunday, August 14th
Divine Liturgy -10 am
potluck meal -12 noon
Blessing of Waters
and Procession for the blessing
of the new buildings.- 1:30 pm
Closing of Pilgrimage to follow.

Camping spots are available on the Monastery grounds.

Fr Tryphon Visits Holy Cross Monastery

Click Image For Larger View In mid-May Father Tryphon made a pilgrimage to our sister monastery, Holy Cross Hermitage, in Wayne, West Virginia. While there, he and Hiermonk Alexander made a short visit to Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, New York. Father was able to spend time with Archimandrite Luke and Abbot George, as well as other monastics of Holy Trinity Monastery. On Sunday Fathers Tryphon and Alexander concelebrated the Divine Liturgy with the monastic community, returning to Holy Cross Hermitage on Monday. Father Tryphon had a good retreat and was able to spend time with his spiritual father, Hieromonk Seraphim, returning to Vashon Island with a renewed spirit.
