Trapeza Moves Forward
Trapeza Construction Begun
Archpriest David Moser arrived at the Monastery on the evening of Sunday, August 21st, together with a volunteer crew from Boise, Idaho, to begin construction of the Monastery’s trapeza building. Working from early in the morning until dusk, Monday through Friday, the four put up the walls and roof of the trapeza. This building will house the dining hall, together with the Monastery’s kitchen, and two public bathroons. Traveling with Father David from Boise were Andrew Childs, a professional contractor, Steven Brooke, also a professional builder, and 15 year old Arseniy Bashirov.
The holy brotherhood will be eternally grateful to these four kind and generous individuals for their labors. May the Lord richly bless them for their kindness and generosity extended to the monks.

The Monastery is under the omophore of Archbishop KYRILL of the Diocese of San Francisco and the West of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. Hieromonk Tryphon is the Superior of the Monastery.
