St. Job of Pochaev Bookstore
Continued progress is being made on the St. Job of Pochaev Bookstore and Gift Shoppe. However, we are fast running out of money and will not be able to complete the interior. We’d planned to open the gift shop in time for Western Christmas, hoping to increase our income with the added business such a shop would afford. Anyone wishing to make a tax exempt donation (we are a 501 3C non-profit), may do so by sending a check to: All-Merciful Saviour Monastery, P.O. Box 2420, Vashon Island, WA 98070-2420. Mulino Parish Visits the Monastery
Twenty-five or so parishioners from New Martyrs of Russia Church in Mulino, Oregon, made a pilgrimage to the monastery for the Labor Day weekend.
Camping out in the St. Seraphim’s Wood, the beautiful forest that surrounds the monastery, they attended services, shared meals together with the monks, and heard two talks by Father Tryphon, one for the youth, and one for the adults. They all voiced interest in making this an annual event.

Visiting the Monastery
We welcome pilgrims and visitors to the Monastery, however, we kindly request that you call first before making the trip to Vashon.
Dress Code for visitors to the monastery:
Men: Pants (no shorts), shirt (no T-shirts)
Women: Head covering (scarf) should be worn at all times both in church and on monastery grounds
Long dress or skirt (below the knees) with long sleeves. No make up or perfume
Orthodox clergy should wear cassocks or riassas.
